Outdated Rebellion

Where old habits die hard.

I've spent a lifetime as a rebel. It has its advantages, but it also has its challenges. Growing up, my mother desperately wanted me to be just like my three siblings: well-behaved, agreeable, amenable to taking direction and NEVER argumentative. But that wasn't me. I liked challenging the status quo. I wanted to do things my way ( I told myself that’s how I learned best). And, even more importantly, that’s where I knew I could fill my need to be totally me. That constant push and pull between my mother’s yearning and my rebellion created a powerful, persistent belief: that going along with the "crowd" was unsafe. It was best I go it alone.

This is the kind of outdated story I'm unraveling with the five simple, actionable steps in my mini-course, "When Fear Becomes Your Guide." I'm trading in my old rebellion for something more empowering and energizing.

Here's how we'll do it:

  • A Jolt of Clarity: What Fear Reveals About You

  • Beyond the Surface: Unearthing Your Hidden Beliefs

  • The Power of the 'Never Again' Turning Point: Where the Discomfort of Where You’re At Grows Greater Than Your Fear of Change

  • Taking Action: From Paralysis to Progress

  • Building Self-Trust: The Path to Empowerment
